Shipping
The Netherlands
All items are sent via DHL. The processing time is 2 to5 working days. I need a bit of time to get your order ready. You will receive a confirmation once shipped.
Europe and International
International items are send via DHL which takes about 5 – 10 working days but please allow up to 14 working days as services can vary depending on your location. During busy periods such a Christmas and holidays this timescale can some times double due to customs and the workloads of your local mail services dramatically increasing - I can not be held responsible for these delays. All items are send with a ‘Track and Trace’ code which will be send to you in an e-mail. We are not responsible for import or custom fees.
Pick up
If you are local, pick up at the studio is possible. You can choose this option in the shipping options during checkout. It is super helpful if you could send me an e-mail that you would like to pick up your order with a date and time that works for you. You can send this e-mail to info@studiobloei.nl.
Packaging
I take packaging very serious, because I do care about the environment a lot. We use cardboard boxes for our packages and recycled plastic bubble wrap and packaging peanuts for securing your items.
Refunds
Each item is described carefully, so please read descriptions for dimensions, sizes, usage and care instructions etc. Our ceramics are made by hand so the dimensions can vary from batch to batch. In the case that you would like to return your item, please send me an e-mail so that I can provide the address which you can send it to. Within 10 working days items can be returned and I’ll refund the money to you. However if the piece is broken (during shipping) I can’t refund the money to you. Shipping costs are for the customer.
The following items can't be returned:
I cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items unless the above conditions apply:
-Custom, personalized, or preordered items.
-Items on sale/clearance
Care instructions
How do you take care of your pieces?
Hand wash verses Dishwasher
Our recommendations is to hand wash your pieces. It is fine to put the pieces in the dishwasher, but the glaze can get dull over time. Our ceramics are high fired meaning that it is fine to put them in the dishwasher, but better be save than sorry right?!
Microwaves
Our items are fired at high temperatures so the pieces will most likely be fine in het microwave. However I din’t test a range of microwaves so my recommendations is to avoid using them in the microwave. Items with gold luster are not safe in the microwave.
Oven Use
Alway heat food in ceramics from a cold oven to avoid a thermal shock. This means that you put the pieces in the oven before you preheat the oven. This helps the piece to get used to the heat.
